Company I've been working for hired me onin January for a "probationary" period of 6 months so contract was for only that long. Now come end of june and they keep saying they want to give me a full 2 year contract but i have yet to see any paperwork. June 30th is deadline so...what would you do? Talked to boss/manager and all of them say i will have it but...it seems like they are cutting it really close?
 
bump to see if anyone will answer today...also whats a fair raise to ask for if i take on a more manegorial position than a peon position? 10%? 25%? 50%?
