Actually, on a more serious note, my last "g/f" was a transsexual, so the question really doesn't apply.

You had sex with a transsexual because you didn't want to use a contraceptive?

Pre op or post op?

Pre-op.

Intrauterine Device (IUD) are pretty freaking awesome if you can convince a chick to get one. I think they are the most common form of birth control outside of North America, but for whatever reason not so popular here in the US.

The pill FTW!

I can never go back to the condom, meh. I wonder what I will do if I become single again... obviously the bag again, but after doing it without for so long..................... meh.

Normally, the pill is started at the end of a menstrual cycle (end of period), or the first Sunday thereafter, so you've got that going in your favor. However, if a woman has never taken the pill before, or has missed a dosage, it is normally stated that it takes a few days, maybe even a week of pill taking before you can be sure that the pill is in full effect.

So I'd say, there's always a possibility, but in this scenario, it's probably low. You might as well calculate probabilities without the pill as a factor because its effects won't be seen so early. If you use the pill incorrectly (inconsistent pill taking), your chances of pregnancy rise quite a bit.

Alcohol is the most widely used contraceptive by far. It's definately safe and effective or the FDA would not let it be on the market.
