I don't know if anyone is going to care too much about this, but I was bored at work and just made this wallpaper. It has a few very minor flaws, but they aren't really noticable unless you know exactly what to be looking for and where to look. It's at 1280x1024 because that's the res I run. I made this because Contra has always been a favorite game of mine 🙂

You should add a bit more water to the bottom of the screen so that the start menu doesn't cover up the landscape.

Meh, it can be shifted up 50px or so pretty easily in Photoshop or PSP. I left it taking up the whole screen for people who hide their taskbars.
 
For some reason i always used up up down down left right left right B A A B start and it worked too 😕
 
At first I thought the image was coorrupt, all I saw was gobs of black then f'ed up greeen stuff at the bottom, hehehe took me a few to realize 🙂
