Continuous Ink Problem

Hello I converted my printer to continuous ink. The name of the printer is IP 2770. I was curious why is it that there is an empty space of the hose of my black ink.
Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow are just fine, they continuously supply ink without leaving an empty space of their respective hose. Only the black ink hose has an empty space, although the supply of the ink is continuous, but is this normal? The empty space is always found in the end line of the hose where the cartridge is connected.
I’m sorry if you can’t understand my language.
Empty space means that there are parts of the hose where there is no ink.

Hehe.

I would guess that your black ink tube has an air bubble in it that blocks the flow. The other tubes are normal. Can you purge the black ink line?

I have removed and cleaned the tube and emptied the tank. Put the ink again, then connected it again to my black cartridge, a few minutes later, the problem comes back again. I’ve been doing this process since the day I converted my printer into CIS.

That suggests you have a tiny air leak in that tank/tube. Could be a defect where the connection is made to the black cartridge. Can you try a different one?

Right. Empty space indicates an air bubble - that would block ink flow.

I saw this in my last printer that I had a CIS attached. I would do a "head cleaning" when I saw this and the tube filled up with ink again.

If no ink is ever getting through there is a problem. Your cartridge will eventually run out of ink.

You might also want to make sure that your CIS tanks aren't too low in relation to the ink cartridges in the printer. Most are a gravity feed so if the ink level in the tank is too far below the level of the cartridge, you won't have enough gravitational pressure to force the ink to the cartridge.
