So this thread is the continuation of the unfinished thread

original thread

I was wondering if anybody actually saved money by switching to geico... i mean mini-fluorescent light bulbs? And how much?

Cliffs:
did search for electric saving fluorescent bulbs
found thread about it
the main question wasn't answered (saved any money by switching to fluorescent bulbs?)
made thread to see if anybody saved money on electric bill.

Shouldnt be too hard right? After you installed the bulbs did your electric bill go down any? or on average did it go down any? or is there something more complicated that Im not getting?

Candles are the way to go :p hehe

I wonder when those LED bulbs are going to come out. I like yellow "natural" light though, but the cost saving on the LED would be gi-normous after a while. ;)
