Continually restarting

I just got an Asus A8N sli deluxe motherboard with Athlon 64 3500 venice. Along with a new graphics card and memory.

I have updated bios to latest revision, but everytime it reaches the windows loadign screen, it goes straight away to a blue screen with lots of text and then immediately restarts. Any ideas what the problem is?

Blue screen with lots of text... BSOD. Is your computer stable? Is everything connected properyly? Did you overclock anything? I would check the connections before anything.

I haven't overclocked anything and I have checked the connections many times. Also in safe mood it restarts while loading a347bus.sys

only way I managed to bypass this problem was a clean install of Windows. Thankfully, I had a relatively empty HD on my machine, so I didn't lose data. The BSOD windows is still on my other HD, I just can't boot from it (File access ok with some computer hacking skills). I won't say I hope this helps, cause that's prolly the last thing you wanted to hear about this problem right now.

Remove the motherboard and place in on a piece of wood and run off that. if it works then you are have a gounding problem.. consider new case..
