continous beeping.. can not boot into bios..

i trouble shooted all the way untill i haev nothign plugged but the cpu/cpu fan/ and psu. i trip the power switch and the fans run, but there is still a continuous beeping from teh motherboard. this beep is a beep of some error. what could it be? do i have a bad cpu?
 
ok so i just tested it with no cpu at all. nothing but the mobo and psu connected to it.. the mobo gave me no beeps at all.. this means the motherboard is defective coorect?
 
I had the same problem when I was at work experience.

Try using a different stick of RAM if you can and see if that fixes the problem.

If not, then it is probably your MOBO
