Good Luck you guys I'm going to post my guess shortly...If anyone is interested I have this in an Excel format.

Per discussion with Warcrow anyone silly enough to not enter a whole number (3.47....) have been reduced to the number before the decimal place (3). The same goes for people posting X * 10 / x crap. Whatever the very first number posted is will be used. Thanks

If you mean doubles of peoples guesses they are in ther to show that more then one person guessed that number like the number 666 & 777 & your number 999. I just started using Excel bare with me, I'm not a pro which is why I keep posting questions on how to do things. =)

Well Excel is a fantastic piece of software, but it can be hard to find out how to do functions sometimes. I'd suggest investing in a good book, you could find that excel is a useful tool for MANY activities.

I was providing a service so people didn't pick a number that has already been choosen (unless they wanted to pick the same number as someone else).

Only the first person to guess that number will win with it, the others are disqualified.
