That is not with the nekkid eye. If you will consider satellite images you can see a lot of man made objects from space. Just check here.

yakko... the image i showed was from a NASA image indicating a human-eye view.... from low earth orbit, there are literally millions of "man made" objects visible... from a high orbit, there is barely anything visible.

From the space shuttle, which is low orbit, can hardly see the Great Wall... from a higher orbit, it's not visible.

From the moon, you can't even see continents.

therefore in answer to how many man made objects are visible from space? i would say NONE. Zero.
