contacts in Outlook 2013

After reinstalling win7 and office, I imported my pst file and everything seems ok except when I go to send an email, outlook can't seem to find my contacts even though they are under My Contacts>Contacts .....@gmail.com. The Contacts (this computer only) is empty. Any tricks for how to get Outlook to see the contacts under the gmail contacts?
 
So, is there a way to import my gmail contacts into Outlook- or get outlook to see them? So annoying to have to look someone up in contacts and copy their email.
