Contacting annualcreditreport.com?

Does anyone know if they have a number to call so I can talk to a person?

I mailed in request for credit report >2wks ago but haven't heard from them since. The website doesn't seem to have a number for me to call. The only number I found is an automated machine that takes your order.

That's through mail, too right? I guess I'll give it a try but I was hoping that they would have someone to tell me what's going on with the order (me with lack of patience).
