We have a small, about 10 person accounting office with about 400 clients.

Looking into a couple of things, what would be a good software to use to keep track of clients, who is working on what, and everything else?

What softwares do small business use to do this kind of stuff?
 
We dont use Outlook for our emails at all, even though every computer has it.

Maybe its time to change that.

How about online solutions?

Anybody? Bueller?
 
If you have some knowledge of databases then you should go for Microsoft Access because it has a front end as well. It is quite effective for smaller applications.
