Ok I wear those Acuvue disposable two week lenses right.

Anyhow, often times one lens will get blurry. I wash and wash with the solution but it is still blurry. I'm pretty sure it hasn't even been two weeks yet. I don't keep track of them but usually when my eye starts to get irritated by the lens is when I know that it's probably been over two weeks. Can anyone think of any reasons why it would make a contact lens blurry?

they definitely should last longer than two weeks... Everyone that I know that wears them (including me) gets at least a month or more from one pair.

I'm not sure on the blurry part. when was the last time you had your eyes checked? Maybe the shape if your eyes changed a little and they don't fit correctly anymore.

I have monthly disposables and I wear them for 2+ months. I change them when they start to irritate my eyes.

You might have astigmatism requiring a toric contact. I have the same problem.

Your eye is not completly round, so the lens moves all around because your eye is shaped differently, thus appearing blurry. Toric lenses have weights on them so when you blink, it pulls the lens back into the place it should be. This also explains why they fit well when new, your eye is warping them.

Are they flipped onto the correct side? When I wear my contacts backwards my eyes get blurry and dry. Don't know if the acuvue contacts do the same thing.
