Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that I received a letter from household
bank in the mail. They gave me the credit back and said they would tell
the credit agencies that I didn't have any late payments. thanks a lot
for your help. I'll post my experience on your forums once I get home.

I pointed him in right direction to get it resolved and kept communicating until it was resolved.

It just goes to show you though, that making fun of someone incessantly WILL force them to change!

This story was almost believable until you stated that you actually "communicated" with him. How that happened, short of a miraculous understanding of the English language on your part, is beyond me.
