Not sure where else to post this but I'm getting this error seemingly at random. Some days I can access this site 100% with no issues at all, while others I can load the main forum page, but when I try to enter any sub-forums, it will load completely and instantly give me a "The connection was reset" and resets the entire page.

I was told a while back by another member from a different site that I can whitelist the site on my antivirus and that it's a known issue with Avast which I did (which is how I can access the main forum page), but it doesn't explain why I can access the site some days and others I can't. I had to grab my laptop just to post this.

Any ideas? This is getting really annoying.

anti-virus, flagging / blocking the page, due to certain ads?
I don't think so. I run ad and script blockers, so I never see any ads. This seems to be the only site that I have issues with. Which is weird because the page will load 100% but the moment it loads completely, the screen will flash out to the connection has been reset nonsense. I used to get the same problem seemingly at random on a private forum that was protected by Cloudflare and everyone said that they had something to do with it, but now it's happening here which I don't understand.

Is it just AT Forums? Are you running any Ad-ons?
At the moment, just AT. The private forum I used to visit was nuked a long time ago so I can't check it anymore. As for add-ons yes, but since it happens across all browsers (even IE and PaleMoon which IE doesn't have add-ons), I'm not sure that they are interfering.

Try Opera with VPN turned on. It could be something wrong with the route.
