My system has been crashing or rebooting itself when playing any kind of game. DAoC, WoW, CSS - after about a half hour or so, either the game crashes to the desktop, locks up, BSOD's, or reboots the computer.

I have had the same problem with 2 seprate video cards, and 2 different hard drives. I ran memtest for about 15 hours and produced 1 error. I have also used about 3 different driver sets, all with the same results. Windows has been reinstalled several times.

What is left to try?

Use a system monitor to get the temperatures of the various chipsets and see if you are having an overheat issue.

I have a Zalman cooler on my processor, that has been there for a year and a half. I have a Zalman cooler on the video card.

These problems only came up when I moved my rig into its new case. But that shouldnt have anything to do with it, should it?

Video card temps are about 50 degrees C under load
Processor temps are about 45 degrees C under load

This was read with PC Wizard 2006

the heatsink could have been bumped during the case swap and the thermal compound messed up
