Constant 'secret question' requests

Just wanted to report that I was experiencing the same problems with FireFox. Deleting *.anandtech.com cookies also worked for me.

I cleared out my cookies and it still asks me for this. This is mildly annoying. I'll check back tommorow to see if it was fixed!

Same here. All the time. ARGH! Yeah I dont like to put in mothers maiden name and I dont have a pet. We need more. Like favorite movie, or enter your own question.

Oh yeah, and I hate popups. How about an option to reply in same window like before? If I wanted a separate window to reply in, I'd right click on reply and pick open in new window. Like I sometimes do.

If logout and remove the cookie, and then log back in the secret question popup will go away. I am guessing it is a cause from the old cookie that had been stored.

Cleared cache and cookies and it's working great...seems a good bit faster.
Now if only they had the option to sutomatically subscribe to threads, Quick Reply wouldn't suck.

Edit: first reply on the new one...hell, it's insanely faster!

I think you just have to totally close the browser down and open it up again.
