Constant lockups/freezes under OpenGL - Help!

Basically, I've been having a hell of a time trying to figure out what is causing games (Jedi Knight II, WC3 in OpenGL mode, etc...) to freeze in OpenGL. At first, my PC was hanging in D3D too (Dragothic High Quality under 3Dmark2K2), however going back from 30.30 to 29.42 fixed that issue. Prime also runs for 12 hours with no errors. However, regardless of what I try, like turning off Fastwrites, SBA, USWC -> UC, underclocking, etc... I still get random lockups in OpenGL - only way to get out of them is to reboot and then the onboard sound refuses to work for another reboot. Here are the system specs (BTW, I have also tried formatting to no avail):

ASUS P4S533 w/SIS645DX
Intel P4 1.6A @ 2.4
Crucial 512 DDR @ 150 2-2-3-5-2
GeForce3 Ti200 @ 220/500

Note that I have tried running at 1.6 with the GF3 Ti200 at stock and the lockups remain. Any help or advice here is appreciated.

Have you tried updating Video Card drivers for your OS. Does it do it on all OpenGL based games. Could also be your SIS chipset, I've heard of people having problems with SIS chipsets when paired with Pentium IVs.
