I think the percentage would be minuscule at best.
Everything I've read puts the average time to complete the single player campaign at 5-6 hours if you do it in a leisurely manner, 4 hours if you barrel through.
Also, the re-introduction of health packs from a franchise that pretty much introduced the idea of regenerating health? Seems like a major step backwards.
I saw this all as someone who played through and beat Halo 1-3 and enjoyed them quite a bit. This seems like the definition of milking to me.
I don't think it's a good value at $60; a lot of games aren't, unfortunately. It does come with $20 worth of free Halo 3 DLC though (plus three additional new maps), so the price is more palatable if you haven't already bought those map packs. Having 2 copies of Halo 3 multiplayer will be somehat useful for me; I can play on one of my Xboxes while someone else plays on the other. And I won't have to send my wife upstairs to get my disc when I want to play downstairs, or vice versa.
No, I really don't think it's a $60, so I'll be glad to get it for $40.
