Console controllers on the PC???

I'm nearly done building/tweaking my HTPC, and the next step I wanted to do was see if there was some sort of conversion to port controllers (basically any, from Nintendo to PS2) to be read by the PC. I wanted to basically store a ton of ROMs on the machine and be able to play them with the actual game controllers.

Has anyone tried this, or know where I could find info on equipment to convert the controllers???

TIA

Cheers

I know there are little gadgets that let you use PS controllers on PC, and I've seen an N64 converter in a market in China, but havn't heard of any others.

You can easily hook up an Xbox controller to USB...as they ARE just USB controllers!

Hook up the coloured wires (they should be the same), and install a set of drivers, and et voila. Unfortunately, I can't find the link, and where I saw it (HardForums) has a sucky search, which doesn't work
