The main difference being that there is no blade, it's all done by laser, from cutting the corneal flap onward.
I've read that this procedure has a better recovery rate and more likely to have 20/20 than with a blade.
I've read alot about lasik, and experiences, but not too many with iLasik, has anyone here had it done?
