Considering Building a PC

Is it real difficult to do? Are there any case/mb/chip combos that will let me just slap in some memory, load an OS, and install drives?

This is what I've been considering

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend a better case with a name brand power supply such as Antec or Enermax.

Do you live close to Fry's or have you checked out the prices at outpost.com? I would go for one of their P4 combo specials instead for a few bucks more. I just purchased two weeks ago at Fry's one of their p4 3.0 prescott /ECS mb/cpu combos for $180 before taxes...
