We all know that network has created a culture that tolerates serial sexual harassment. Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly set the tone for that network.
Now add strong evidence there is a culture of serial racism as chronicled in this lawsuit by current and former employees.

One of the more biting comments was uttered live on the air. A black woman doing a cooking segment when one of her lily white co-hosts asked her where's the Kool-Aid? You can clearly see the pain in her response.
The title of this thread mimics the title of the Fox sexual harassment thread. Despite the permeation of sexual harassment and racism, conservatives will never leave. Secretly they like it. I'm a fan of Rachel Maddow and watch her show. If it were discovered in her personal life she called black people the "n-word", I would stop watching. My principles would not allow it
