Borderline cartoonish is an very big understatement, in fact the word "dumb" or even "bat-shit crazy" are understatements. More like "Harlequin or The Joker crazy" would more appropriately align with their actions.
The reason why I am saying that is because I do not see how, someone can call the burning down of what would have been the only abortion clinic in the state of Wyoming, can be called a cartoonish act. The abortion clinic was to be opened in a grand opening in Casper, the second largest city of Wyoming. She was arrested and even pled guilty, the 22 year old did state she was against abortion but claimed she was not a politically motivated person. She claims she had nightmares of people getting abortions at the clinic that was to be opened. No joke, her sentence just came out today from the judge to be 5 years in prison plus $300,000 in restitution. Unfortunately however, the clinic's owner states the money that would be given to them would not be enough to cover the cost of the damage.
Lorna Green is serving five years in prison for burning Wellspring Health Access weeks before the clinic was set to open in Casper in 2022.

Maybe you or someone can give me an explanation of how I started off my life in the post Nazi Germany cold war era and my family came to America to flee ethnic and religious persecution.
Almost 40 years later I am now having to deal with a wanna be Nazi Germany fanboy dictator and his minions who want ethnic and religious persecution to be a central feature of the land.
And there's my dad who agrees with everything Trump says and calls Biden weak, incompetent and wants a strongman leader. He doesn't accept he'd be likely be first in his concentration camps.
To say I'm confused by my family and my countrymen sticking their head up their asses would be an understatement.
The only words that can truly describe my feelings are:
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way...
