Wisconsin's per capita revenue is on par with neighboring states, the difference is their per capita spending is significantly higher.

Oh believe me they are pissed. Old teachers of mine, people I know now who are educators are all pissed but when talking to them most admit they didn't like the union representation anyway 😕 I just chalk it up to not knowing any better. It's what they were taught and what they teach. The system they are in doesn't allow for individuality so it scares them IMO.
