conroe work in Dell Dimension 9100?

It depends on the motherboard. Probably not, apparently Conroe requires at the very least a new mobo revision to comply with power specs.
 
It most likely won't work with 945P. So far the only chipsets to fully support Conroe are 965 and 975X (with a revised VRM)
