Conroe motherboard with integrated video

Looking to upgrade my skt754 asrock integrated video motherboard.
I've currently got 2GB DDR PC3200 RAM.

I'm getting a E6600 Conroe chip.

I don't have any video needs at all - no games. Just fast CPU.

Ideally I would like an integrated gfx motherboard.

Are there any?

Also, if I chose to go for the Asrock motherboard that takes DDR RAM (this is the only board that does), but has no integrated video, what would be the cheapest gfx card I could buy.

I'm not keen to buy new DDR2 RAM, but a new graphics card would also be a waste.
