Conroe MB question

Is it me there are rarely any slighly inexpensive mb for the conroe atm beside the ASRock 775Dual-VSTA? I am very interested into it as it is relatively cheap vur i read the forum there are so many reported problem but it only support pci e to 4x. Evenb though i can use my old agp board with it, i do plan on upgtding to a better pci-e board later like x 1900 256mb. Will only 4x pci-e able to handle it?

The ASUS P5B is an excellent mid-range conroe board, and not terribly expensive.

Rumor is the 2nd revision Conroe mobos launch this week. Might want to wait and check them out. The P5B-E is one of them.

kind fo funny almost all conore board are ion 100+ ranage while decent 939 or am 2 board can be had under 100

well Conroe is sought after right now since it's the cream of the crop, this ain't new... we've seen this before with previous releases(ie, when 939 came out)..
