usaswimming.com is providing free live coverage of the conocophillips national campionship on their website. It's available from 6-10 PM daily I believe.
Go to their website and find the "Live Webcast" icon on the right. Click on it and it will bring you to the media player. The screen size is small, but the picture quality is alright.

I was a pretty good swimmer growing up, and my sister was Olympic-caliber.

I can't get into watching it live or on TV. Oh well.
