Conneting a soundbar to a LG television

Apologies if in the wrong forum, can I connet a mighty Rock soundbar to a LG television?, TV doesn't have a bluetooth connetion, any advice please.
 
It probably came with a TOSLink / optical digital cable. Connect that to the optical digital out connector on the TV.
