connector device: A/V connection TO PC Monitor

Hello folks,

I'm looking for an external device BESIDES Capture cards with A/V connections or BOBs that can connect equipment like dvd player, vcr, camcorder, game consoles, basically anything with an A/V connector DIRECTLY to a pc monitor(I want to bypass anything via the pc). So far here's what i've found but this device seems to be sold overseas only, the shipping alone would kill me(i'm cheap), Egay sells the same one overseas as well. Any ideas would help:
