We will be having an outage tomorrow at 18:00 UTC in order to upgrade the OS on the storage device that holds the upload/download area.
 
E@H is still up and running... although its is very annoying that you have all this work to get started (test) that doesnt count towards your totals.

Shux, All my E@H units are "test" units, and i am accumulating credit just fine.
There IS a bit of a lag between sending in a unit and being granted credit, my guess is that there is more of a delay on the validation stage than in seti or cpdn.
