connection timing out problem

this is just an example of google.com.. with vent server ip's its worse.

its all at random times. sometimes everythign is fine, and when its not i cant sign on aol, browse the web, talk in vent, etc. but whenever i play cs its fine (always).. never get a ping higher than 50 and never any lag. i call my ISP they say everything is fine on their end. i've formatted, tried different PC's, different modem/router, and different phone cords. this ****** is pissing me off..

any ideas?
