I was able to share files with a 98se network but with 2000 i can't figure out how to set the network up. I want to be able to share files and the cable connection. There is no user icon in control panel for 1 computer (installed server on this one) and the other one w/ professional installed has the user icon. What's the deal w/ that? The one w/ server has the cable connection. Any ideas on how to set a network up with this?

What user Icon? You need to add users?

Do you have 2Nics in one of the boxes? You straight throuhg to one enable RRAS on it and forward IP out the other to your cable connection. Maybe you could post a little more detail on your config.
