Connecting two screens to a PC

I have an eSATA port on the back of the unit but only a HDMI port on the screen (yes I know that they are both older items but they work perfectly).. could you tell me what cable I would need

eSATA is for plugging in external hard drives (that aren't used any longer today), not for adding a monitor.
