Connecting Two Consoles

Ive got a Playstation3 and a Xbox 360 which I would like to connect to an Acer P243WBD, PS3 from HDMI to DVI, and the Xbox 360 from HDMI to HDMI on the monitor. So the video signal is set. BUt for the audio, I would like to plug both of them into the same set of speakers. Ive got the "game" adapter, female 1/8 jack to female Red/White RCA. I was wonderin if it is possible to plug both consoles into the same speakers (with the proper adapter). I was first idea was both consoles to their seperate game adapters, to an audio split, but I cant seem to find the right adapter with 2 males 1/8 and one female 1/8 entry. If anyone could point me to the right adapter or another way of connecting all of this would be great.

Thanks
Abius
