How? With its modem? Or the broadband adapter? The modem is just a regular 56k modem, it can connect to whatever dial-up service you have.

yeah with the regular modem, I can surf the web? what do I need to do it? what's the POP3 for juno or netzero do you know?

You'll need a dial-up ISP account, plus the browser disc.

Honestly, it's not worth the effort. I did it a few times on my Wega to try it, but it's pretty much pointless.

It's slow, incompatible with current web technologies, and the interface is fugly as all hell.

Agreed. I was all jazzed a couple of years ago as I had found out how to setup NetZero to work on the DC.

It is like a crippled WebTV. *shudder*

They have an updated browser available. You can get it on EBay. I beleive it supports Java too.

The modem in the DC is a crappy Conexant v1.0 modem that has a hard time connecting with a lot of ISP equipment. Good luck :(

I had the broadband working on it with a japanese browser. Nice novelty to play around with but indeed it was slow to render graphic heavy pages. It just doesn't have enough integer cpu power and memory for modern standards. I felt my old P100 was much faster..
