Connecting to my router remotely

I'm at another house, but I need to get access to my router configuration to get the name of my computer (domain) so I can remote desktop it. I have my IP address, but how can I get to the router config page if it's local IP is 192.168.1.1?

It's a Netgear wifiG router, as to the model I don't know on the top of my head. I haven't set up anything for remote administration, so I assume not. I take it this is impossible, then?

Try connecting to http://<youriphere>:8080

If that does not work, you are SOL because remote management has not been enabled on your router.

Tried that before, no luck. Damn, I was trying to get Orb working so I could watch Entourage . thanks for your help, though.
