connecting to Freesco web control panel on the net

I understand that the control panel is accessed using http://192.168.0.1:82/ on the intranet side, but
how do I get there on the internet side? Do I setup port-forwarding so that if I type in the my router's internet IP http://24.xxx.xxx.xxx:82/ it maps to the intranet IP? I have searched the freesco forums and didn't find anything about it!
