I am trying to make my PC display on my TV. My video card is a GeForce 2 MX and only has 2 outputs - VGA and DVI. No S-video or composite video. Because I am using DVI for my monitor, I figured I could purchase a VGA to component video cable and just hook it up to my TV. Unbeknownst to me, this doesn't work because my video card cannot sync with the TV.
Upon doing some research I found a few hardware converters that do this conversion but they are much more expensive than buying a new video card and I already have this cable that I can't return because shipping would cost too much. So I'm hoping that there is a software solution that will make this work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
