Connecting Front USB ports to ASUS A7V8X

I recently purchased a CODEGEN case that has two front USB ports. I installed an ASUS A7V8X motherboard in it and I want to connect the two USB ports to the motherboard. The case has wires coming from the ports and they are labeled +5v, +D, -D, and GND. The motherboard has a USB 2.0 header with the following labels USB+5, LDM, LDP, GND. The motherboard has additional USB ports that can be installed in the rear that would normally use these USB 2.0 connections. My first question is can I use these connections for my front USB ports and if so, what wire from the case gets connected to the what connection on the motherboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
