Connecting an old computer system with new printers?

Nowadays, new printers no longer have parallel ports. I have a computer system that can only connect to a parallel computer.

I am wondering what I should do.

Note: This is NOT the same as getting an adapter that connects an old printer that already has a parallel port and connecting to a usb port on a newer computer...(ie. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-958-_-Product)

Any help is appreciated.

Not quite sure what you are looking to do, but based on how I interpret it, you need what is on this page. It takes a Parallel Port and converts the output to USB ... see link below

What about a PCI card with USB ports on it? Doesn't the computer have USB?

Network print server. Use TCP/IP connection from the computer to the printer.

The OP's computer may not have a PCI Bus in it
