connecting 2 LAN faceplates

I've got 2 of the following faceplates. They each have two RJ45 jacks on the front, but I only need to have one cable wired. How do I do this? From right to left (A -> B), the markings read:

These are wired for telephone. You will need a different Cat5 or Cat6 keystone jack if you want to use that existing cable for ethernet.

Here are 2 much clearer pictures. It's got two RJ45 jacks on the front.. doesn't telephone use RJ11 jacks?

Those are those old (and useless imho) plates that only can do 2x 100mbps over a cable. If you look the connectors are numbered and you should use the wire numbering code to hook it up. The wire to number table is on wikipedia. You will never get gig over those plates.

The company's site seem to all be in Chinese, I can't read it to give you more information.
