Can we expect anything less from Republicans? Stop pretending and just break out the white hoods.

A picture of him clutching money? I think you guys (the left) create racism where there is none.

The guy that doesn't understand the blatant, intentional imagery of historic fascism when a dictator proclaims their singular one man dominance from a stage orchestrated right of the Mussolini handbook, also doesn't understand millenia of thoroughly-documented, wholly indefensible anti-semitic imagery.

You are a fucking retard.

Not a chance, idiot. Calling historic, documented, indisputable racism to be racism, is not introducing racism into the discussion. How many people do you honestly think swallow this 3rd grade nonsense?

Go fuck yoiurself, cletus.

YOU put the racism in this, not the person that created it. An ad trying to paint someone as greedy and out for themselves. It isn't inherently racist, but the left will add that to fit their needs.

Racy McRacist pretending not to know about sterotypes.

It's the coy denial routine. "Money grubbing Jew" has never been a right wing racist stereotype, has it? And if it was, why, Slow had no idea that it might be.

Oh, and you're the real racist for calling out racism, obviously.

Stop making excuses. Even if we discount the intentions (which we shouldn't, since Lesser's face was apparently edited to look more Jewish), you don't portray a Jewish candidate as money-obsessed, especially not when it's three days after an anti-Semitic mass shooting. It doesn't hurt to play it safe and simply decide that it's not worth risking a backlash. That they went ahead with it suggests they were at best unthinking, and at worst purposefully preying on anti-Semitic fears.

It should tell you something that Jewish Republican supporters were outraged by this. Whether or not it was fueled by racist motivations, it is racist, and spineless cowards like you will never change that fact.

Actually, the person that created the fundamental, easily identifiable racist stereotype is the racist. They widened his nose you racist motherfucker.

Why don't you understand that? What happened to your brain?

I wouldn't have seen it as racist without the commentary. Looks like any other white guy to me. If he was holding a bottle of whisky I'd have guessed Irish.
I should note that I'm apparently racially insensitive.

Pst, guys... This isn't debate.

It's one hand working a mouth while the other furiously creates friction with pure unmitigated joy in the reassurance that their bait keeps getting taken...

Nose size is very much a perspective thing.

Is this guy an anti-semite? He is just a C-span blog sketch artist.

Look at the nose.

As you point out, he's a sketch artist, not a photograph copier. You do know the difference, right?

It is entirely possible he let the fact that Lesser is Jewish influence his depiction of his nose size. You do see that as a possibility right?

And your point somehow suggests that this isn't a racist depiction...how?

I'm not really sure! Nose can be either perspective, or racism, it really depends. Im not even sure when accusing somebody of racism isn't racist. Honestly we probably need people credentialed for that, but "having a Jewish friend" is seen as racist to point out. So we live in difficult times.

No, I just don't care. I'm not overly concerned about Jews in the US, they're doing alright. Obviously the shootings in Pittsburgh were a horrible thing, but that was an act committed by a single madman, and very rare. The only Jew I know of that's really unpopular is Weinstein, and he pretty much has it coming.

In Detroit, 11 people shot dead is a slow weekend, and it just goes on and on. It's not even reported anymore, no one cares. Is that racism? Do we not care because it's poor black people killing each other? We'll have 50 responses to a picture that can be construed as racist because it's from a republican, but open warfare on the streets of Detroit isn't worthy of discussion. Do you know what the real difference is? Would you like to speculate on why that is? I have an opinion, but I'd like you to go first.

WOW!!!
Just, OH WOW!!!!

They were talking about on the news while I was driving, but I never seen the actual photo until now.
Absolutely anti semitic and about as racist as it gets.
Supposedly, Ed Charamut released a statement that this photo was not anti semitic or racist.
Are you kidding????
It obviously is quite racist and anti semitic.
And what the hell kind of name is Charamut any who?
With a name like THAT, one shouldn't toss stones, as it were...

And what is it about attacking Jews and all the hate?
I mean, I don't get it. I never did.
I thought we moved past all of that after Adolf blew his brains out in the bunker back in 1943.

If this guy Charamut gets away with this, and wins the election, there is really something wrong in America.
Disgusting.
