connected but no internet access

For some reason, my Dell Inspiron sometimes refuses to connect to internet via Wi-fi. So far I've had this problem at home, but not elsewhere. Internet on my smartphone always works, but when I open my laptop it says "connected but no internet access". What should I do in this case? Right now everything is working OK but sometimes it doesn't and then I have to wait and the problem resolves itself without my doing anything about it.

Could you please tell me why this is happening and how I can resolve this?
