Connected Android phone to laptop via Bluetooth. Can't see files from phone?

win 7 laptop.
Moto E4 running android v7.1

I forgot my usb cable so I paired the laptop to the phone via Bluetooth in hopes to copying a pic off the phone.
the pairing was successful but I cant see anything from my phone.

what am I doing wrong?
