Zipzoomfly.com has the Connect3D Radeon X1900 GT 256mb PCi Express for $105 Dollar shipped.
This Card is slightly better (unmodded that is) as a Geforce 7900GS (even though some fan boys wont agree) which runs these days for 100 - 120 AR or used in our For Trade Forum.
DriverHeaven compared the X1900 GT vs. 7900 GS so you guys get an idea where pros and cons are.
TechPowerUp Forum might help you to get an idea how to mod this card or if a mod is possible.
This is a cheap DirectX 9 Gamer Card if you don't need DirectX 10 at this point.

Technicial Support can be done with ATi but warranty must be done with info@connect3d.com (while i try to figure out if that manufacture is bankrupt and who takes care of their warranty services)
