Connect two offices using VPN... round 2..

I want to connect two offices over an Internet connection using hardware VPN devices.. What hardware should I go with?

It's about 40 computers per office with pretty minimal traffic over the VPN connection. I need Network Neighborhood to work seemlessly over the VPN connection like it does now with our T1. I want to get rid of the T1.
