Connect to a NAS with crossover cable?

A NAS can be connected to any available port on a Switch/Hub on the Network.

If a NAS is connected Directly to a computer, and the NAS or the computer do Not have MDX NIC the connection need to be done with crossover cable.

No.

In any case NAS should be configured with Static IP so it can be always at the same address.

Yep, any server type device (print server, server, NAS, etc) where others have to access items on it needs to either have a static IP or a reserved DHCP address (doesn't change)

Hubs are dead. Switches are cheap, even gigabit ones. Even though odds are that the NAS you've picked is "fakegigabit" in actual performance, inexpensive gigabit is the way to go for LAN and NAS performance.
