Agreed. I doubt Christianity would have saved him either; anyone that wacko is unlikely to be able to interpret the tenets of Christianity properly any more so than the tenets of civilization.

Indeed, excellent news. Here's hoping she recovers sufficiently to take back her seat in the House. (Seems unlikely, but it seemed unlikely for Tim Johnson too.)
